The Essential Cuban Cookbook

This book is an approach to traditional Cuban cuisine, exuberant for its tasty and colorful dishes. It is also a tribute to my grandmother, who, coming to Spain many years ago, was my guide during my first steps in the culinary world.

Many of the recipes found in this book helped my grandmother make her entire family happy, especially her grandchildren, who were not only happy with their stomachs, but also with their hearts.

Now, I enjoy the same emotions when I see my husband and children enjoy these recipes. Therefore, I hope that you too can enjoy the same experience of witnessing how your loved ones feel happy with each delicious dish.
