Orders and Shipping
Your order will ship within 24 hours after received, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
We ship from Miami, Florida and transit time will vary according to the shipping method selected and the destination address. May vary from 1 day to 5 days.
Once an your order is shipped you will receive an E mail with the tracking information, USPS or UPS.
We charge sales tax only on orders that are shipped to the State of Florida.
We only ship the United States addresses, including Puerto Rico.
Depending on the size of the order and type of items ordered, you order may be packed in more than one box.

Returns and Exchanges
You may request for a return authorization by contacting us. We accept returns on items that have not opened or worn. Party favors are non returnable. Customized items may not be returned. Creditor exchange for items that may have been damaged in transit will be processed as per your request. Claims for damaged items must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. Pictures of damaged item may be required.
